All our spits come with:
240V spit motor specifically designed for spits and built for hot, long duration cooking.
2 x double-prongs, for attaching lambs, pig, goats, beef to the spit bar.
2 x leg holders, for lamb legs and large pigs etc.
1 x spine holder
Also available for an extra fee:
- Double prong chicken holders – add a chicken or two to your spit
- 12 x kebab skewer. Cook vegetables or small chunks of meat at the same time, to add variety
- Greek Kebab Skewer machine fits on top of our standard spit roast ovens. Cook up to ten large kebabs. Can cater for very large crowds over a long period. Hot-swap them, so they can cook a production line of food.
- 16 chicken rotisserie attachment- cook up to 16 chooks and still have room for a few more skewers
- 3 x vegetable/ribs basket- cook 3 baskets full of vegetables, ribs, whatever. The tray is for catering when you cook several kilos of veggies and have a separate spit for it.
** Please note that you can not fit the vegetable tray or 16 chicken roaster and a pig/lamb at the same time on the spit.
